This page explains how MarvelVS Creative handles information you provide through this website.

What you send

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional business or project name, an optional website or social link, and your message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

We use your information to respond, discuss the work you requested, and keep a record of the business conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information.

Services that process inquiries

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. FormSubmit processes form submissions and forwards them to our business email inboxes. These providers may process technical information necessary to run and protect their services. See FormSubmit's privacy information and Google's privacy policy.

Booking a consultation

Consultation bookings are handled through Google Calendar. The booking page collects your name, email address, appointment time and the business details you provide in the intake question. We use these to prepare for and manage your consultation. Google may send booking confirmations and reminders, and a Google Meet link is provided for the call. Google processes this information under its privacy policy linked above.

Keeping and removing information

We keep inquiry records while discussing potential work and as needed for ongoing business records. You can request access, correction, or removal by emailing hello@marvelvscreative.com. Some records may need to be retained for existing client work or legal obligations.

Your appearance preferences

Your selected background style and motion setting are saved in this browser so they stay consistent as you move between pages. These preferences are not sent to us.

Website measurement

With your permission, our first-party analytics count page views, browsing sessions, consultation-link clicks and successful form submissions. A random session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record the page path, a broad source category, screen-size category and event time. We do not include names, email addresses, inquiry text, full referring URLs, query strings or IP addresses in our analytics database. Reports cover the last 90 days. Older event records are removed when new activity arrives.

Interactive examples

The dashboard and game examples use fictional sample data. Changes made inside these demos are temporary and reset when the page reloads. They are not connected to a live business system.
