Start with the update that matters most

You can bring one task or a recurring list. We’ll look at what needs attention, the platforms involved and what access the work requires before agreeing a scope. If the full list is larger than your budget or schedule allows, we can identify a useful first stage.

You work directly with me, with the same practical perspective I bring to creative work and business consulting.

What support can include

Updates to website content, services, menus and promotional information, where the platform supports them.
Promotional updates across the materials included in your scope.
Support with an existing, eligible Google Business Profile.
Monthly task support with agreed priorities and deliverables.

Platform capabilities and account permissions vary. I’ll review them before promising a specific change. Some actions, such as verification or changes to account ownership, may need to be completed by you.

Keep each request clear

Send the public page or platform name, the current information, the replacement wording and the date it should change. If a promotion has an end date, include it so removal or replacement can be part of the plan.

Please don’t send passwords or payment details through the inquiry form. Any account access needed for an agreed project is arranged separately using the platform’s available permissions.

One-off help or ongoing support

Small updates are welcome. For ongoing work, we agree which tasks are included, how you’ll send requests and the delivery schedule. New work outside that scope is discussed before it begins.

If the issue needs a new website, design work or a wider operational decision, explore website design, content editing or business consulting. POS hardware, software, setup and troubleshooting are not included. Work is delivered online during Monday–Friday production hours, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern.
