A website built around your customers
A restaurant visitor may need a menu, opening hours or a way to make an inquiry. A salon visitor may be comparing services. We start with what your customers need to know, then shape the pages and navigation around those decisions.
Your business’s character should carry through the words, imagery and layout. The goal is a useful website that feels like your business and makes contacting you straightforward.
New websites, refreshes and practical updates
- New business websites and focused landing pages.
- Website refreshes to clarify your services and improve how information is organized.
- Menu, service and promotional updates.
- Contact and inquiry paths suited to your business.
If you already have a website, send the link and platform name. I’ll review what the platform supports before recommending an update or a new build. Hosting, third-party tools and any ongoing maintenance are discussed in the scope.
Start with what you have
Bring your existing website, logo, menu, photos and a short list of what needs to work better. You don’t need every word or image ready. We’ll identify what can be reused and what needs creating, and agree any additional writing or imagery before production.
You receive a written scope, price and schedule. Feedback is part of the agreed process, so you know what you’ll review and when. Projects are handled online, directly with me.
See the approach in a restaurant concept
Mango & Smoke explores a restaurant identity across its website, menu and happy-hour creative. It is a self-directed fictional concept, showing the design approach rather than client results.
Read about the Mango & Smoke concept, or explore menu and promotional design if you need the website and printed pieces to feel connected.
A useful brief before a new website
See how a fictional restaurant’s customer journey becomes a page plan, content list and launch checklist. This example shows the planning behind the design.
